malfunctioning fridge

We bought a fridge from game in november top part doesnt work but the freezer works!escalted to them they sent someone from defy to come and fix it i turned him back told him the fridge is less than 3 months i want a new one,no one from game bothered coming back to me,i went to them again and told them i food is being spoiled,all they had to say was sorry i have been waiting for them since last tuesday nothing they dont care abt their customers,who is gonna re emberse me for all of this and am i gonna have a fridge because what i have now is useless@
