Male staff member a STAR, manager sucks.

Friday 26 April 2024, we were at Game Alberton City. At the baby section we asked Trevor McBride to assist us. seeing that it is our first baby, he was professional and knew his products well. we ended up buying a cot, pram, sheets, etc. At the till, the cots barcode differed from the one in the adverti*****t. Trevor was on lunch and came back promptly with the correct bar code even though it was his lunch and no fault of his as it was the exact brand and range. as for the male manager pacing up and down and my partner being 36 weeks pregnant letting her stand the entire 20 minutes while we waited to resolve the issue. He is not worthy of any customer service award. He blankly ignored us not even trying to resolve the issue. i got my partner a chair an she sat there for the last few minutes of waiting. Trevor is a star treating a pregnant woman with respect. It says alot about how he was raised. All accolades go to TREVOR.
