MALADMINISTRATION IN GANE ACCOUNTS

I would like to comment on a poor admin @ Game store or RCS. I 've been having problems with their account whereby they do not capture all payments i have done the next thing they hand me to debt collectors. I am very much with this store. I made a huge payment on my account last year Nivember, then December i paid 100 because i paid in advance. January and February i paid the installment given instore @Westgate Mall but they did not capture them. I kept on receiving call from debt collectors about my account that is in arrear i asked which months do i owe, they mentioned Dec, Jan and Feb. Despite me sending proof of payments to them three times they are stil failing to update my account. The last call that i received from debt collectors was yesterday where they said am in arrears. I never received a call nor email regarding updating my account for Dec,Jan_Feb, but instead the vest thing they can do is to call me to say am owing,which is disgusting and annoying.

I will not recommend anyone to Game unles they give me a reason why because they are good with Maladministration
