MAKING SPECULATIONS TO RIP ME OFF!!! GAME DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS PERIOD!!!

They have had my laptop for a month now. It seems I bought it for them and their supplier. They sent me a quote for R2500 for damage on the LCD screen that they claim I physically caused so on top of the R6000 that I paid for the laptop, they want me to pay an extra R2500 for a laptop that I have owned for 3 months excluding the one month that they have kept it for. Their technical report speculates that I "might" have placed something heavy on my laptop, which sensible human being does that or left an object on the keyboard when closing the laptop I guess it must have been my fingers cause those are the only object that are placed on the keyboard, or I might have bumped the laptop while carrying (so they are telling me I cannot walk straight). I will not pay for a quote that says I physically damaged my laptop when I know I did not and for such bogus technical remarks. I am tired of going back and forth with their employees, they are giving me the run around. Responding to my emails when it suits them and when it’s convenient for them. I told them I want the unit repaired, replaced but if they are unable to do that then they can refund me. But still no solution! when I spoke Thulisile Mthimunye who shouted at me on the phone and when I told her I do not appreciate her tone, she said; “She is using the same tone as mine” so that’s how they have been trained to respond to angry customers. I was angry about the fact that I took out money and bought a laptop that I can’t use because they have it in their possession, and I am pretty positive that she would have felt the same way if the money was hers. She also told me that they were waiting for another report since I had told them that that report is speculative and speaks of no solid evidence of physical damage and I told her that if the was any physical evidence then it should have been included in the first report and I told her that I do not want another report which they are desperately trying to prove that I physically damaged the unit because they have had that unit for a month now and I do not trust them, since from the beginning that's all they've been trying to prove in order to make me pay. Before they took it at the store they confirmed with me that the laptop was in a good physical condition and now they are trying to prove otherwise, so they can make me pay for damage that I did not cause. And all they care about is money and not their customers. I have to focus on my studies but they are making extremely difficult for me to do that… Beware, with GAME and Incredible Solutions, the guarantee is not worth anything.
