Machine sent back unrepaired!

I purchased a trimtech petrol lawnmower from game in Shelley beach. I had used it 4 times only to cut a small areaof grass and thereafter the machine packed up! Due to me travelling all the time I was unable to return it to the store for about 6 months and it just lay there in my garage, until I returned home and took it to game. I first had a female call me from game, telling me that my repairs would cost me R1300.00. I have purchased the machine for R2250.00. First of all I find it ridiculous that repairs was costing half of the retail price of the machine. When I asked her what was wrong with the machine, she said she couldn't give me an answer, she would get the technician to call me. My husband then decided to call game himself and spoke to a person called deon. A day later Deon tells him that there is nothing wrong with the machine, it just needs a service after every 4 hours!! Ridiculous that their service on a brand-new machine costs half the price of the machine!! I then called the technician, he rudely asks me to tell deon to show me photos of a damaged blade apparently because I've been using the machine on stones! As if I would buy a machine just to damage it! Not fixed
