Machine Repair

I have purchased a washing machine from game in May 2021. This same machine stopped working in Sep/Oct 2021. An email was sent to game for an arrangement to fix the machine where I was referred to Samsung. Samsung sent its people to collect and fix the machine. The machine was collected and brought back with the same issue. Nothing was done to the machine basically. So! This was a waste of my time as I’m still sitting with the same dysfunctional machine.
