Machine problem

I bought a brand new Hisense washing machine 7kg on the 26/03/2026. They delivered the machine to me and I started using the machine, the noice from the machine was too much and it was shaking too much which I have to switch the machine off. I went back to Game N1 City and complained to them, they told me there are aware of the faults. Then I asked them why did they sell it to me when they know this particular brand has a problem? They told me they will get someone to fit it and since then it’s been 2weeks and some days now no one has attended to me and I can’t use a faulty machine.
