Lying sales people

Good Day,

I am much better than I was this morning.I went to Game stores Richards Bay yesterday I noticed a R800.00 special on your pots. The Black velvet range I got excited,spoke to the sales person Sandile who said I will keep this set for you till Wednesday. This morning I went to church then thought because I am already at the mall let !e ho to Game to just buy the pots anyway.

To my dismay ,Sandile walks towards me with a smile saying eish the pots are not there.He called his Manager Siphelele ,they both come smiling trying to explain.I am standing looking stupid asking where the pots are,the guy says it's not store policy to keep things for people.How would I have known? I ask he just says sorry. No solution,I kept asking him to prompt him to think.He said he will call Empangeni. I waited,he came back ...yes I wasn't happy with driving there but I said I will go. I bought a set of Shogun knives ,on my way to the till Siphelele stops me and I said oh let me pay here and you guys can send the slip so I am assured I will get the pots when I get there,he said I must ask for Thuli when I get there she will assist.

.Then he says but ...story changes pots in Empangeni are R1599.00. I just stood there,why lie ?why not give the full information at one go???

I couldn't believe him,so I was going to go to Empangeni,waste petrol and time for what exactly? He smiles and says atleast I told you

I don't care how this matter is resolved internally.

I WANT THE POTS AT THE PRICE THAT I WAS PROMISED!!!

I am appalled at the service and the lies I cannot understand what purpose they serve.
