Low quality jewellery from Game

I bought a pair of gold sleepers on the 24th December 2018 at Game. On the 27th December whilst trying to put them on, the one sleeper broke. I called the call center and was advised that unfortunately I cannot return them due to hygiene reasons. Please dont waste your time buying low sub standard jewellery from Game! I am soo disappointed. I will never buy jewellery from the AGAIN! Money gone down the drain!
