Lots of room for Improvement

Game, I hate visiting your Mitchell's Plain, Promenade branch.

There is almost never staff visible or present on the floor. You have to run from pillar to post to find someone just to ask a question. Majority of the time, your products do not have prices on them, just for the scanner in the aisles not to work.

The store is always untidy due to trolleys and boxes being piled up randomly in aisles with unpacked goods.

Your fridges are barely filled. The specials on your website, catalogues almost never in store.

I'm not sure if you guys are actually closing down or anything - I've heard rumours. But it has always been this way for me when shopping at this particular branch.

It is frustrating and many times I've just left my trolley without paying for my goods and just end up leaving.

I've recently tried to shop online with you guys and even though the online shopping experience was quick and easy and I only paid 0.1 for delivery, the delivery time was THE LONGEST I've ever experienced with any online purchase I've made. I even had to email you guys to inquire about my delivery.

If there's one highlighted though, one good thing, I'd have to say I love your Price Beats option. I've used this a few times on baby products and IT WORKED. It was easy and flawless. So that's something that works and that you're doing right.
