Lost Order and Refuse to refund

Horrible customer service, they refuse to refund my order and keep saying that the order was dispatched, yet when I call the courier to follow up on the order they say that they do not have the order and Game can't seem to confirm whether the store handed the order to the couriers or not. This is absolutely ridiculous. It's my 1st time using the online service and better believe, it will be my last as soon as I get my money back. This is the worst online service ever. For such a big company as Game I expected so much more. It's almost Christmas and you guys are messing around with our money. Please refund me my money!!!
