loose rubbers on fridge door

I purchased a silver KIC fridge for my parents in November 2015, as a gift, I came home for the holidays and noticed that the rubbers on the door, is coming loose, we reported the factory fault to game ladysmith, they said that they will send someone to check, I am not going to wait, please consider we are experiences heat waves in ladysmith, and i am worried that the door might get more damaged, can we have our money back or a new fridge ASAP,<br> I want the manger to give me a call, or the quality manager at game
