Looking to take legal action against GAME for undelivered order.

It has now been well over two months since I placed my order and I am still waiting for either a delivery or refund. They keep on giving these generic responses on Hellopeter and sometimes via email, but nothing ever happens. I will now be looking to take legal action as I consider this to be theft. I paid R2000 for a service which is not being delivered. If anyone has advice on how to proceed with such a case, please feel free to comment.
