Long queues, long wait. Always 1 or 2 tills that's open.

Game Mountain Mill mall, Worcester. I have visited this store for years now. From the beginning they only have 1, sometimes 2 of the 9 tills open. Even on the busiest of days, like end of month weekends etc. There is always a lot of Game employees walking around the shop, yet only 1 or 2 at the tills. Also, I drive a bike, so I carry a backpack. They want me to leave my backpack at the cigarette counter, on the floor. There's no lockers, just there in the open. This I feel is discriminating against me, as there is ladies with hand bags, bigger than my backpack, who is allowed to go in.
