LOKY KUBEKA games worst employee

I am so disgusted with game in brakpan, less than a month ago I bought a R4000 laptop from them. It has been giving me problems. Sometimes it works sometimes it does and nowhere does it state that it has to be sent to be evaluated. So I took it back to be replaced. The sale consultant LOKY KUBEKA from the start treated my hubby and I like we were wasting his time. He didn't even great me. I showed him the laptop and it was working but I explained that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. He said they have to send it so I said I need a laptop for my assignment so they need to give me a curtosy one and when he sold it to me he didn't explain anything about the features, or Antivirus. He didn't even care. He proceeded to argue with me. This guy treated me like I was trash. His manager was at least pilot but still he said nothing was wrong with the laptop and was basically saying that I'm a ****. I want this laptop replaced with immediate effect. I have purchased alot at game but this LOKY has completely put me from Game. I work in retail and I would have Never spoken to a customer like that. How can game employee someone so disgusting.
