Logik Remote Control
Bought 3 Logik Airconditioners at Game and had them installed--The one unit leaked condensate out of the front and the remote control got wet--Now the remote is faulty and I went back to Game to buy a extra remote---Sorry sir --we do not sell extra remotes and we will contact the supplyer---The supplyer tells us that no remotes available and we must buy a complete aircon unit if we need a remote !!!!--How can a company sell equipment without a backup system in place---Game tried to help me but the supplyer `s got a bad attitude !!!---With such "help" I would rather go to Samsung or LG !!!
