LOGIK LCD TV
I bought a Logik brand TV from Game,later the remote became faulty and didnt work.During that time the TV was switched on/off manually.At some stage the on/off button stopped working so I took TV in to Game Richards Bay for repairs and specified that I need a remote as well.I understand that I was responsible to pay for repairs as my TV was out of guarantee/warranty ,also made it clear that I was willing to pay for a remote.After so much ado my TV is still with Game,they cant provide a remote for their own brand and sent me to a third party to purchase the remote on my own.To top it all they can't even program a universal remote to work on that TV.The worse part is the staff member who is soo very rude & shouts at me,Londi at customer service.All I want is my repaired TV with a working remote in order to avoid the manual on/off button going faulty again!!!

We are in receipt of your complaint with reference *** and apologize for your inconvenience in this matter.
As discussed with management, you are currently waiting for a new remote from Sound Tech. Once you have received it you will come to the store so that it can be tested with the TV still in our possession. We also confirm that there is still an amount outstanding.
With regards to the poor service the team will be address as we will not tolerate poor service.
