Logik fridge and freezer combo

I bought a demo fridge from game westgate on friday the 13th. I bought it late afternoon after I came from work. At my house my wife and I discoverd that it is not working, the fridge part stays hot and the freezer part cools like a fridge. I phoned the sales person raymond on saterday morning and reported it. He said that he will report it on monday. On that monday I phoned him again, he wasn't there. I then spoke to an idian manager, can't remember his name. He then told me that he wil take the matter up. On Tuesday I called him back again because he never called me back as promised. He then said that they will replace the fridge with a new one. On wednesday I had to call him back again to hear what's going on. He then said sorry they can't replace it as I bought a demo fridge, he said that they will send someone to my house to repair it for me for free. I then told him that my wife and I work until late. I arranged with my wife to stay home the following day so that game can come and fix it, I also told them that they must come before 12 but no one came. Friday they mande the same promise. New fridge promises were made again. Up to this hour nothing happend. It is now 14 days.
