Logic gas heater returned and replaced with another non-working one.

I have bought a Logic gas heater and a gas cylinder sometime during May 2018 in Game store Brooklyn mall. I only started using the heater at the end of June 2018. My reason was that I was able to fillup the cylinder at that time. To my surprise the gas cylinder was not lighting, it only got to a blue flame that normally starts the fire. On the 01st of July 2018, I went back to Game Store Brooklyn mall for an exchange of the gas heater. It was exchanged for me with another of the same brand. When I arrived to to connect and use it with the gas cylinder that I have, it only lit for about 1 hour 30 minutes and went off. It never lit again. I also found that the same Logic gas heater was a returned back to Game store by another customer. The proof of that was the receipt that I found packed with the hearted when I unpacked and connected it. With all that being said, I'd like to register my dissapointment, dissatisfatory and unhappiness that I feel because I have been a loyal customer to Game for more than 5 years.
