Lockdown Frustration

With an outstanding account, and with 4 months down the line of lockdown still with absolute no income, no monies, no funds, none whatsoever - and still being unable to work due to us being in the leisure travel tourism industry we are not allowed to continue operating, therefore truly do not appreciate or believe it is very fair or right to expect me to pay something/anything when I absolutely have no means of any sort of income?!?!
