Little One - Inferior Product by Game

I recently bought a Little One Reversible Stroller from the Ballito branch. Upon using it I found that it was difficult to close on the 3 off the 5 times. The packaging indicates \ one hand holding mechanism \" which is not so. I took the stroller to the store today, spoke to customer services, they needed to speak to the manager. They came back saying that the manager said there is nothing that he can do as the stroller is used. I then asked to speak to the manager. They took the stroller to the manager who then looked at it and said there is nothing he can do. They came back to relay this message. I asked to speak to the manager yet again. Finally when he came to I told him that this was poor customer service and explained that i was unhappy with the stroller. He refused to listen and actually turned a deaf ear. I was very upset with his attitude being a manager, he should have been more sympathetic even if he could not exchange the item. Game should not be making baby items as they are not user friendly and poor quality. It was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend that any parent buy such a inferior brand."
