Lies lies lies

Hi am so disappointed. I purchase at game, whenever i spend R500 or more i eneter the competition at the bottom of the slip. I received an sms as a valued customer i haave earned a voucher. First time got excited went in store and spoilt my kids. Second and third time i had received two and went in store to use them. I picked my items and went to the till. When i get there 1st voucher says invalid, im like okay lets try 2nd voucher, second voucher says invalid. Cashier casually tells me sorry some vouchers work and some don't and i should call. THE EMBARRASSMENT! THE DISAPPOINTMENT IN MY KIDS! THE PETROL I USED cos the store is not close to me and i went thinking i have a total of R319 to spend. THE DISMISAL BY THE CASHIER! I am appealed! I haave used my airtime calling and emailing game to get assistance. I don't get assistance instead i am pointed to rcs who also claims they cant asist and directs me back to game. Now im the fool bouncing back and forth. Its infuriating to give someone something and claim you're rewarding them and be faaced with all this. Empty promises is what game offers
