Lies, ***** and pathetic service

I called the call centre early in the morning to ask if Game still beats prices as I found a cheaper price on a pressure cooker at Makro she said go with the screenshot and they will beat it no problem

So we drove a long way to a game store and the Manger (mall at reds) was extremely extremely rude who said we can't beat prices and walked away ignoring us while speaking to her!

I called the call centre again who said I must speak to the manager I got put through once I asked who am I speaking to they dropped the call

Basically game is ********** as they advertise and lie to you so you go to the store

As a consumer who is protected by CPA I was **** to and lured to the store under false pretences experienced appalling service and still no satisfaction so I'll go to Makro get great service and continue to support them as they know how to treat customers not to ignore walk away cut calls

I would also like to log this as a formal complaint and would like to know who regulates your industry to escalate my compliant due to false advertising which we as consumers are protected from
