Lies and horrible service!
Highly disappointed and upset with GAME STORES! They falsely advertise that they will BEAT THE PRICE if you find it cheaper at a vat registered retailer in South Africa. As you can see from the screenshot, I enquired on Tuesday regarding this but they keep sending me around and around. Suddenly yesterday they tell me it's not for online purchases. But as can be seen on my screenshot taken yesterday it does not stipulate this and this was taken from their webpage I even sent the link. I have waited a full 10workings days in addditon for them also not to deliver my item. Now the consultant tells me she is happy to just cancel the order and refund.
THANKS FOR NOTHING!
