Lies and Deception

I ordered a product from Game online over a month ago and still have not received delivery thereof. I am being made promises by Game staff but in the end it appears that it is all lies because they say they have handed it to the courier supp**** a tracking number in support thereof but the courier tracking shows no tracking details under the number and according to the courier they have not received a parcel to deliver under that number. So I have paid a few thousand rand for a product that Game has failed to deliver in over a month..Talk about having one by the short and curlies ..They sit with my money and I have nothing for it..
