**** to procure a sale

I was looking to purchase a new tv as my old flat screen tv was already almost 9 years old and long in the tooth and I also recently purchased a wireless samsung soundbar and would like to remove all the wires hence I want a tv that could communicate to it via bluetooth . I saw a samsung smart tv at our local game that I went to go and see. The sales person there couldn't help me and then phoned someone who worked as head of the electronics and he assured her that it could connect wirelessly to the bluetooth soundbar.

After a whole saturday of battling to connect it wirelessly i phoned samsung and they told me it could not connect like that, the 7100 series does not have that function. I informed game via e-mail that it cant do it and received a call yesterday from my local game. They now want to give me my money back.

2 Problems: 1st Game staff **** to me to procure a sale, as i specifically asked for this function as I was not interested in the TV if it cant do this, I would rather save up more and buy one that could. (I'm sure this was not the 1st Nu7100 TV that they sold in their shop) 2nd I sold my old tv, so if you give me my money back what do i do then with out a tv??

I just feel that I would not be sitting in this mess if your sales personal did not lie to me just to procure a sale, I'm sure you have stock a of tv somewhere that can connect wirelessly, but game queenstown is not budging to assist in finding me a tv that can do that.

Please let me know what you are going to do about this as I then will have to go to the CPA and lawyer with this issue
