Liberty Midlands Mall Game is a dog show!

Horrified at the service I have received at Game liberty midlands mall! Bought a laptop and returned it within 5 days as it was so incredibly slow. It is still set to factory settings and in its original packaging. I need to purchase something more expensive that will hopefully work faster and I have been told that I am not able to be refunded. This is in violation of the consumer act law. The managers, who I have tried to speak to every day since the 4th of August, are always in meetings or unavailable! My laptop is still at Game at their customer care. Wake up Game!
