LG TV Repairs

To Whom It may Concern,

I am so disappointed at the bad service delivery that I have encountered at Game. I purchased an LG TV 42inch Plasm at your stores (Westgate) and it broke (It has power but no sound and view). I then decided to bring it back to your stores. The Television set was then booked for repairs at Game on the 16/12/16. To my surprise the store told me that they don't have "any parts" to fix the Television set on the 15/02/17 . I then took initiative to call the Head Office to inform manager Scoth ( ********** ) about my encounter with a broken Television set that cannot be fixed due to "the lack of parts" . The manager Scoth at the Head Office told me that there is absolutely nothing that he can do for me, however gave me Villies contacts ( ********** ) who is unreachable.
What does one do at this point because nobody is assisting me and attending to this matter? I am so disappointed and really tired of being referred but left unattended!

Please see below TV Info:

IMEI : 306SARL07310
Model NO: 42PN4500TA
LG 42inch Plasma TV
Repair Collection Slip - 0047/ ********** 8

Please attend this matter ASAP!

What should I do to get feedback here?

Should I maybe contact media and exposure about your poor service. by the way i work for a media agency.

Should I maybe contact the electrical appliances ombudsman.

Should I maybe contact CPA or take the legal route.

Ever since I've complaint never have I ever got a concrete feedback.
