LG TV 4 MONTHS OLD STOPPED WORKING - GAME DAMAGED

Good morning I bought a 50 inch LG TV 4 months ago from game in Cresta on the 30/01/2015 it was barely used and the picture kept on disappearing switching off. I sent Kedibone a video of what the TV was doing when we handed it in. I handed it in at Game and was told LG is repairing it. The TV cost me R10300 I do not want a repaired TV just a refund. If the TV is already a problem rest assured after the guarantee it will be totally kaput. out of all fairness to me it is almost new I should be given the option to replace or be refunded.. Repair out of the question my husband and I are not willing to accept it. REF ***. This was not the only problems we had with this TV it is clear and you can see every pore then every few seconds it blurs and is no longer clear. it has a picture trail even when it is not a fast motion picture. I asked Game to pull the camera footage because Shadrack removed the TV out of the box he must have damaged the screen when removing it alone. He then placed it on the floor and my husband was horrified with the way he handled the TV. My son and husband carefully packed the TV in together, GAME says they have no cameras in store..
