LG Microwave bought at Game

<p>We bought a microwave from Game in Festival Mall on 03/11/2016. We paid R1999 for the LG microwave!</p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday (28/11/2016) morning when i wanted to use it, it wasn't on. I checked and through that maybe it was plugged out, however everything was in order and it was not working.</p> <p> </p> <p>We work 6 days a week and cannot get to Festival Mall before a Sunday. We returned the microwave this morning and they said if we brought it back yesterday, when it was a month old, they would have replaced it! We took it in a day later and now they are keeping it for 21 days to fix! I mean seriously, 21 freaken days without a microwave, with 2 kids in the house!!!!! I paid R2000 for a microwave, just to last us a month!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can i have some assistance on this, as i think this is beyond rediculous!!! </p> <p> </p>
