Lets just celebrate Christmas a few days late this year

How I wish I could give you a negative rating. Your instore service sucks. Your online service sucks. You as a business sucks. Placed an order in Dec 2021. Got an email saying its dispatched. Then I got an email saying its cancelled. Then 1 third of the order arrived. A few days later, another third arrived. They send all the Christmas tree decor but no tree and you send it after Christmas. Its like buying a car but you deliver the wheels only and no car. Have you no common sense? still waiting for my refund. You have lost a customer. I would rather pay more elsewhere that deal with this bunch.
