Lesson learnt, won't shop there again

Between myself and my girlfriend it has dawned on us that we have had to return the last 4 out of 5 appliance purchases from Game (all between Pinetown and Pavilion) - which includes a faulty soundbar, a kettle that didn't work, a telephone with a broken reciever and now a vacuum that switches on and makes all the noise but does not suck at all. Need I mention a fridge that broke after 6 months, but that we simply took the loss rather than endure the hassle since my family had a spare - Nevertheless - Only the oven still works but hey, give it time I only got it two months ago.

The problem is that I tire of having to use my petrol, pay additional parking fees and waste good air explaining said defect to staff to return what should work first time, and I beg the question of whether it is my poor luck (no such poor luck when buying elsewhere) or quite simply the possibility that your stock is ultimately mishandled. Either way, this is the very last time I bother shopping with you lot. It's become a far too regular occurence keeping the slips and packaging tidy given the odds of it not working has become the norm.
