Lenovo intel celeron laptop NB G4030

I purchase a Lenovo laptop last year November from Game Middelburg Mpumalanga at the new Mall.all seem to be fine at first but then notice that some times had problems with usb ports did not want to read cards and modems ,after a month or so i find it impossible to ad any modem or card reader.Return to Game store for guarantee .I purchase the laptop cash and do not have proof of payment no more ,after more then a months assessment from Lenovo is asking for proof of payment ,now the laptop is beyond repairs ,so it comes down to me now loosing more than R 3000-00 I have paid for the Lenovo laptop,according to Lenovo with no proof of payment no repairs or replacement ,surely Lenovo have records of their product and to who they supply or sell by serial number I even got the Lenovo guarantee from the internet from only using the serial number is that not more than proof.Well my problem is I paid for a product and did not steel it ,I want it fixed or replaced by one of the two parties Game or Lenovo I am not a ******** and why would I lie ,where I purchase the product.
