Lebowakgomo game store not adhering to health standard

I purchased a cereal for my daughter at game store Lebowakgomo, I fed it to my 5 months and 3 weeks’ child, my child got sick she was vomiting and had diarrhoea. I took her to clinic and they gave me medication and also prescribed other medication that I had to go to buy from the chemist, On the second day I tried to feed her with the same cereal because I did not know the cause of her illness, I notice maggots/worms inside the cereal, I took the cereal back to Lebowakgomo Game store, the manager did not bother to come and see the affected child, I had to wait for from 11:00 till 14:00 for the manager to come and see me that did not even show any remorse, One of the staff member informed me that the store failed audit because the air conditioner at store are not working. I mean I suffered a lot with my child because of this and the store manager only told me that there is nothing they can do except to give me a voucher for new cereal or to compensate me for the money I used to take my child to the clinic. I have videos with maggots/worms moving from a child cereal and am going to post it on social media as an alertness to advise other mothers around this proximity about this store not adhering to healthy standard.
