Leaking machine

I'm still struggling to get my machine problem now they say , they will sent defy people to come and fix the machine if which I don't understand why they should come and fix the machine while I claimed before 7 days service at game it's very poor I really hate buying the again the store pretend as if they don't know the problem I have with the machine they put a blame on me why I contacted head office ,the 1st I did when I found that there's a problem with machine I called the store and the lady I find on the transfer me to customer service and now they saying I'm wrong I should have come to the store but I did called them now its my fault they won't give me a new machine they say they going to repair that one I'm really not happy about service I got from game at vooslorus their service is very poor they can't meet customers problems.💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
