Leaking Kettle - Game Kenilworth Centre

hi there, we purchased a Russel Hobbs Kettle in September 2015, the kettle started leaking and has since blew. my unlce returned the kettle on the 9 March 2016...Game said that they would send it for repairs. i cant see how the kettle could be repaired. everyone i have spoken to so far has said that Game replaces faulty appliances. i am very dissapointed. no one has gotten back to us since.
