laybye

The issue that I have experienced was: I made a layby on January, for fridge, microwave and washing machine. February i made another payment. so the outstanding balance was now only R190.00 then we went on a lock down. i went to game couple of times during lock down to try and make payment they refused to take it. they even said they changing their systems to sap so they can’t help me. on weekend i went again, they told me they sold my stuff. they will make a voucher for me. i waited for 5 hours for that voucher. yes i got the voucher, but i don’t want the voucher i want the appliances It occurred on: 27/06/2020 This meant that had to move in to my new house. but i don’t have the stuff i paid layby for. it was R 12 0000. now all this appliances increased to R15 000. i cannot afford them. i want them to take their voucher and give me my appliances. it’s not my fault that they were changing systems and they did not want take my payment. this things are now expensive. i was buying January because i knew they were less and i could afford them. i was not treated fairly I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
