Lay-by

Johannesburg CBD store should just stop doing lay-bys, they are pointless. I lay-by washing machine, after paying it off I was told that my machine is out of stock and the store will not order it again.

According to my knowledge, the whole point of a lay-by is to keep the product you like aside up until you have money to buy it.

I am so disappointed, how can you sell something that is on lay-by? This is not even on your terms and conditions.
