Lawnmower overheaing totally useless. Big disappointment

I bought a WOLF 2000 lawnmower during Feb 2016. Was away and so I used it from March only. It blew grass and dust in all directions. By end March I took it back to Game where I bought it. They thought the "blade is perhaps turning the wrong direction"?? I wanted it swapped but they said I am 1wk too late according to their policy. They booked it in sent it in and returned it in exactly the same condition. They suggested that I just dont know a Wolf m/c. That is the way they work! I told them its actually my 3rd Wolf! The grass and dust was blowing out to the extent that I had to use a paint mask over my nose and mouth to mow the lawn. Afterwards I had to shower and wash my hair every time I mow the lawn. Then use hosepipe to clean window sills and lower walls. It was blowing dust into the house as well. I was more worried about my lungs. My neighbour tried to help by putting wire netting over the holes from the inside. That did not work at all. It was just a total mess every week. I was very unhappy but could do nothing else now. By October 2017 it started giving problems again. By not using it during winter months it was in use for only about 11 months but causing such problems. Now it was cutting out all the time . I then realised that the motor must have been the problem in the first place. I took it back to Game and was told its off the market. No wonder I thought. They tested it and told my the motor was overheating and the cut out switch kicks in so they booked it in again. I had to pay R300 just for booking in. The repair people for Wolf said as the guarantee is only for 12 months they repair m/c still under guarantee first. This mc had been in use for about 1 year only and looks brand new still. It is 2wks later. When I phoned the repairers the woman had a bad attitude . I am totally unhappy and believe this machine to be a dutt. They have not phoned with a quote even after 2 wks. I decided to go and buy a RYOBI (they have 2yr guarantee) and take this mc to Cash Converters once I get it back. I cannot believe the problems I had with such an expensive machine. It is such a disappointment! I believe it was fitted with a faulty motor in the first place. I will never buy a WOLF lawnmower again.

Over 2 weeks in for repair and no quote yet. Seems GAME is not interested once you sold you something. Bad service
