Lawnmower - If it's NEW & brakes the 3rd time you use it(still under warranty)...DO NOT expect your money back! In fact, you'll need to pay to repair it

<p>Game Somerset West - Client service a bad joke!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Bought a lawnmower and the 3rd time I used it, the wheel locked up & a support bar popped loose.</p> <p> </p> <p>Took it back demanding a refund since it's under warranty. No sir, we access it (within 7 days)...then you can choose repair, replace or refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>No feedback after 8 business days, so we called them...it's in for repairs (No one called me after 7 days with the option for a refund)</p> <p> </p> <p>AND NOW they expect me to pay for the repair!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money back under sec.55&56 of the CPA...but Game just ignores the act.</p> <p> </p> <p>What can I do?</p>
