Laughing matter

I bought a Bestway Steelpro swimming pool from Game and it came without the pool pump. Two days later I phoned Game Greenacres in Port Elizabeth and asked if they had any pool pumps to which they rep**** that they had pumps in stock. I then specifically asked if it will be big enough for my 5700L pool and again they responded that they have pumps for all pool sizes in stock. When I asked for his name, he dropped the phone.

I drove 96km from St Francis Bay to Port Elizabeth as I could not get any pumps closer, just to get to Game and for them to tell me that they have been sold out long time ago on the pumps.

When I told the salesperson that I phoned, he handed me a manual air pump to which I rep**** that I specifically asked for the pool pump for 5700L and they started laughing at me.

I requested the manager and he just said that he is sorry and don't know why they told me that they had any pumps when they clearly don't have.

I will NEVER support any Game store in my life again as the staff is not competent and unprofessional.

Do you train your staff to laugh at the customers?
