Late delivery

I have placed an order on the 20th of December 2023 on Game website, the delivery was supposed to happen within 2 to 5 working days, today it is the 8th of January 2024 I haven’t received my package. I have contacted their customer support and spoke with 4 different people, the first one told me that they will rebook the delivery and I will receive it on Saturday, I waited and nothing was delivered, I contacted them again and spoke to someone again who told me that they tried calling the warehouse but they can’t get hold of them because it is the weekend. Contacting their customer support added more to my frustration because they didn’t help at all, they kept on telling me that they are rebooking the delivery and I should expect it the next day, so I have been waiting since then. Now I feel like I was ****med because I payed for the item and now I have to beg them to deliver it.
