Late delivery and no communication

I bought a washing machine at Game on the 24 November 2017. Made all the necessary payment for delivery, It was agreed that the product would be delivered by the 25th November 2017], but by today’s date I had not received the product. I went to Game at Southgate and couple of times and they would promise to deliver the next day. The service at Game Southgate is appalling and I will never buy anything from that shop.
