Laptop that came locked with an Administrator Password requirements

Good morning

On the 6th of May I bought a HP Laptop at Game Greenacres Store.

Upon switching the Laptop on, it wanted an Administrator Password, which was a surprise as it was in a sealed box. I returned it to Game immediately with the hope that they will unlock the Laptop or give me a new Laptop.

The response from Game was rather disappointing as they took the Laptop and said they are taking it for repairs and I will get it back in 21days and forced me to sign a lot of documents and threatened that I won't get any refund.

All I want is a new Laptop or a refund.
