Laptop Query

I bought Laptop on the 09th May. Had a projlem with it as it was too slow to function and wanted to give them back, on the 11th May they didn't want to refund nor exchange the product for me they said it has been already used and I have my passwords on it so they can't do anything as it is been used. I mean nothing I have used the laptop for I just opened it and noticed that it's slow to function but they don't want to help me even the guys from Head office they don't take my calls anymore. The person who's a consultant at game plays hide and seek when I call sometimes I'm told he's not at work and he will get back to me when he's on duty.
