Laptop defective
My mom bought me a Packard Bell laptop at game. Three months after using the laptop it gave me a problem. Sometime in May when I tried to switched it on the screen was black with only the cursor visible however it was not moving.It remained like that for about 5 to 6 days, during which I realised that *****s were falling out of the laptop. I went to Game at Greenstone and told the sales person who sold the laptop to my mother about the problems I'm having with the laptop. He then said that I had to download an anti virus, that's why it is giving me problems and when I told him about the *****s he assumed that I went to other shops that repair laptops at cheaper prices and maybe that's why the *****s are not there
