Laptop Chronicles

I gathered a couple of cents in January to buy a new laptop for my business as I am a freelancer..I bought the laptop mid January and I used it for a month and 2 weeks before it went dead on me..I then took it to a Game store in Jabulani Mall and it was checked and booked for a maximum of 4 weeks they said and in between that I'll kept in the loop on what's going on..4 weeks passes without even a call to ask me for the password, I then get anxious and get in touch with the store on twitter, I get a call from the complaints department and I guess they called the relevant department cause I then get a call from the manager I assume who tells me that he's sorry for not communicating but the technician only got the parts that particular Monday and will work on the laptop the Tuesday which was a holiday and he will call me on Wednesday which was yesterday to give me feedback..I explain to him the urgency and that the 4 weeks already took its tall on me business wise and that further delay is not doing me any justice , he promised to work on it..I waited the whole of yesterday to hear the fate and still nothing ..at this point Im just frustrated and have no more patience left...
