Laptop bag order nr ***

I am really getting ****ed with Game Online.Apparently the couriers dispatched my parcel on Saturday already.Called on Monday and was told Courier dispatch,witch is Dawn Wing Couriers.Game send me a email but gave me no tracking nr.I called Courier on Monday and was told package will be delivered on Thursday for the latest.I called Courier again today and was told Game had to give me a tracking nr.I am waisting so much airtime and time on making calls.I think it would be best if they rather refund me.I wouldnt recommend any customer to buy anything online from Game.
