Laptop bag order nr ***

Good morning

I have placed an order for a laptop bag on 17April.Got an email to say the item will be delivered in 3-5 working days.Called after 5working days and queried about my order,and was only then told it's not an essential item.After the start of Level 4 Covid was announced,I called on Monday 4th of May,spoke to Yolandi,was asked if she can call me back she needs to find out by the Store.Yolandi called me back and told me my order will be dispatch Tuesday 5th of May and delivered.On Tuesday 5th of May I called to find out if the item has been dispatched and spoke to a Unati she said she will call the store again and get back to me,she came back after hours and told me she couldn't get hold of the shop,but will keep me posted,and never got back to me again.On Wednesday the 6th of May I called again and spoke to Kauthar and was told she will get back to me during the course of the day,another empty promise.
