LAPTOP APPROVED ON CONTRACT DID RECEIVE IT

i was at woodlands game yesterday at 6 pm buying a HP laptop for R269 on contract and it was approved and the contract amount is R269 and i chose the grey color and we went to the till to pay R105 connection fee with the grey laptop and they scanned it and it did not pull on their system and they tried another color it also did not pull through and they told me that they will sell me the black laptop that it was on display i told them that i dont want it they said i should come back tomorrow and they will call me if first thing in the morning because they are not sure that the grey laptop it was on promotion or not i was so humiliated and angry and experienced a bad service they did not bother to call the manager to override the transaction i wasted my 1 hour ,time and petrol and i am still going to waist my time and petrol to go there and fetch the laptop for nothing i need a grey laptop by end of business today and as it is on the promotion paper HP laptop R269 contract and grey one and i missed their call at 10:48 and they told me that they were going to call me early in the morning i have never experienced such poor service in the other stores like i did at game
